Trichocereus Atacamensis, also known as Pasacana, from the Atacama Desert, Antofagasta and TarapacΓ‘ (region II), Chile. Β It grows at elevations up to 3,900 metres above sea level, so itβs an incredibly cold tolerant species. Β The thin spines look like fur, especially on new growth. Atacamensis is somewhat rare in collections, and itβs likely that this is your first time seeing it offered online. Β These pups are huge, weighing about 15lb at 17β. Β Cut 2 days ago.
